Designing and Planning your Home Renovations

DESIGN

Design and planning is the key to any successful project. We will take your ideas and requirements and turn them into working plans from the initial consultation and concept drawings through to completion.

Our in-house architect can offer you design and layout options for your home to maximize space, develop easy flowing layouts, add value and create a home that you can enjoy.

Our architect will design concept drawings to meet your entire requirements while also working to ensure we develop designs that stay within your budget perimeters.

Once concept drawings are complete, we will provide you with a comprehensive estimate. The next stage is to produce working drawings ready for council approval along with a finalised cost for your new home or renovation.
